Women Collective Mindfulness Lessons

As we honor women in the month of March, it is not just about the women who have degree letters after their names, made their mark in history books, have monetary wealth, have societal status and privilege, and have political power. That is all good for the individual and for their contribution to society, but we cannot forget the Collective Of Women.  

It is also about the Woman CEO who wakes up everyday and works at home to care for her family 24/7. It is also about the woman who does double duty of caring for her family and going to a job that is not her dream job because she did not have the opportunity, nor access to education or monetary resources to allow her to move forward. Since opportunity was not available she lacked the necessary skills not because of ability, but because of lack of access to that opportunity. These women are the ones we need to look towards and praise for their stamina to survive. We whom have benefited from access have been given an opportunity not for self alone, but to build the strength of the collective of women.  It is these women who have the real hutzpah who needs us with the degree letters after our names, us who have the monetary wealth, us who have the societal status and privilege, and us whom have the political power to help uplift them to the next level so they do not have to go to work in pain at times relying on this pain killer and that herbal tea to numb their physicality so they can make it through the day to come home, get four hours of sleep if they are lucky and do it all over again tomorrow. 

Unitl we as women do not stop and help other women less fortunate than we are, then we have no right to think of ourselves as a Womb-an. For we are the bearers of the womb that nurtures and not rips apart the womb of another woman.  Do not attempt to incorporate the masculine in you.  Be proud to be a woman accomplishing all your goals retaining your Divine Feminine strength which is a formidable power we possess. However, that power must never be abused.  That force must always be in alignment with humanity for the best and highest good of self, family and community.  Have mindful understanding that being a strong woman is not to become masculine, it is to stand in your own light being the highest expression of yourself.  If you revert to bring forth whom you are not, then you are in essence a fraud to self first and that energy will project outward.  When a woman forcibly takes on whom she is not, you are in essence camouflaging the hatred of the negatives of patriarchal society that oppressed and suppressed you and your female ancestors for the past 2021 years.  Rise and take hold of your Divine Feminine Power standing proud and strong in your womanhood, but never becoming arrogant.  

Arrogance is what we are moving away from because it has depleted our societies worldwide and is the foundation of oppression and suppression.  In order to usher in the new humanity we must have balance between the masculine who holds the authority, and the feminine who holds the power.  Authority cannot exist and has no bearing or force without Power, and Power cannot be exercised without the direction of the proper Authority.  When Authority and Power come together to coexist then we have perfect alignment of the sexes and not dominance of one over the other. The one sided show of masculine dominance cannot continue to exist without the Power of Compassion.  If we continue on that old path, then we will be at war with each other and this great and glorious humanity that is on the horizon will never come into fruition.  

Let us also not forget to mention to women in our circles to take time to love self and extend compassion to themselves also.  Some women go above the call of duty for others and forgets about self.  Then when everyone whom she the woman has helped turns away from her for whatever reason it will not put her mindset into a state of regret or vindictiveness.  She will understand what is taking place is a natural process and it serves as a mirror for her to turn within and establish positive boundaries for the outside world to influence her less so she can regroup, and get prepared for the next auspicious adventure of her life that awaits.  Every ten to thirteen years is a new life cycle in an individuals life.  Utilize these phases of your life by working it with Intuitive Energy, Logic, Love, Kindness, Spiritual Groundedness, and Wisdom.  Be ever so mindful of always seeking out Sage Wisdom Elders in your circles to be able to make thoughtful heart based decisions.
